OFHEO Publishes Final Regulation on Electronic Freedom of Information Act

The Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight (OFHEO) has released a final regulation updating the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) to reflect changes made by the Electronic Freedom of Information Act Amendments Act of 1996, which includes provisions for electronic FOIA requests and expedited processing for compelling needs.
