EPA Proposes New Regulations for Hazardous Waste Management from Inorganic Chemical Manufacturing Processes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update the regulations for managing hazardous waste generated from inorganic chemical manufacturing processes, including listing certain wastes as hazardous and establishing treatment standards, in an effort to improve the protection of human health and the environment.
