FTC Requests OMB Extension of Paperwork Reduction Act Clearance for Consumer Product Warranty Rule

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is seeking a three-year extension of the current clearance for information collection requirements under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) for its Consumer Product Warranty Rule, which is set to expire on February 28, 2023.
