Update of Public Works and Economic Adjustment Act Grant Rate Regulations

The U.S. Department of Commerce's Economic Development Administration has published a final rule to reflect changes to grant rates under the Public Works and Economic Development Act of 1965, following the passage of the Economic Development Reauthorization Act of 2024 on January 4, 2025.
