Notice of Availability of Invention for Licensing by the Department of the Navy

Summary

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made two inventions available for licensing by the Department of the Navy: a low drive voltage LiNbO 3 intensity modulator with reduced electrode loss and a low loss coplanar waveguide horn for low drive voltage LiNbO 3 modulators, as described in U.S. Patent Applications 09/566,237 and 09/566,238.
