Notice of Availability of Inventions for Licensing by the Department of the Navy

The U.S. Government, represented by the Secretary of the Navy, has made available certain inventions, including a patent application for Guallium Arsenide Semiconductor Devices Fabricated with Insulator Layer, for licensing by the Department of the Navy.
