Myclobutanil; Extension of Tolerance for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the tolerance for combined residues of the fungicide myclobutanil in artichokes and peppers for an additional 2 years, until July 31, 2002, due to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
