US Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duties on Indian Stainless Steel Flanges

The US Department of Commerce is conducting a new shipper review of antidumping duties on certain forged stainless steel flanges from India, following a request from Indian exporter Bhansali Ferromet Pvt. Ltd. The review covers shipments from August 1, 1998 to July 31, 1999, and if preliminary results are confirmed, US Customs will assess duties on affected entries.
