Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide From Japan: Final Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on electrolytic manganese dioxide from Japan, finding no dumping margins for Tosoh Corporation during the review period of April 1, 1998, to March 31, 1999.
