EPA Proposes Revisions to California State Implementation Plan for Bay Area Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed revisions to the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD), which aims to meet the Clean Air Act requirements for new source review in areas that have not attained national ambient air quality standards.
