EPA Proposes Approval of Massachusetts' Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Massachusetts' State Implementation Plan (SIP), which requires the City of Cambridge to implement a vehicle trip reduction program to reduce ozone and carbon monoxide air pollution in the Boston area.
