Department of the Treasury Proposes Alteration to Debt Collection Operations System

The Department of the Treasury's Financial Management Service is proposing a change to the Debt Collection Operations System, a system subject to the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, and last updated in the Federal Register in 1998.
