FSIS Proposes Rule to Share Recall Information with State and Federal Agencies

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) is proposing a new rule that would allow it to share proprietary recall information with state and federal government agencies, while still maintaining public access to some information under the Freedom of Information Act.
