EPA Approves Lead State Implementation Plan for Shelby County, Tennessee

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the lead state implementation plan (SIP) for Shelby County, Tennessee, which meets all EPA and Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements, following a submission by the State of Tennessee on March 17, 2000.
