Copyright Office Requests Comments on Satellite Royalty Funds Controversy

The Library of Congress's Copyright Office is seeking comments from claimants of royalty fees collected under the section 119 statutory license between 1996 and 1998 regarding the distribution of those fees, and is also requesting a Notice of Intention to Participate in a royalty distribution proceeding.
