U.S. Department of Labor Announces OMB Approval for Attestations by Facilities Employing H-1C Nonimmigrant Aliens as Registered Nurses

The Employment and Training Administration and the Employment Standards Administration of the Department of Labor have announced that their Interim Final Rule for Attestations by Facilities Temporarily Employing H-1C Nonimmigrant Aliens as Registered Nurses has been approved by the Office of Management and Budget under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, with an expiration date to be determined.
