Labor Standards Provisions Applicable to Contracts Covering Federally Financed and Assisted Construction

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing changes to regulations related to the Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements for federally financed and assisted construction projects. The proposed revisions aim to clarify the regulatory requirements following three appellate court decisions that found the current definitions were inconsistent with the Davis-Bacon Act.
