Environmental Assessment Released for Alabama Army Ammunition Plant Disposal and Reuse

The US Department of the Army has made available an Environmental Assessment (EA) and Finding of No Significant Impact (FNSI) for the disposal and reuse of the Alabama Army Ammunition Plant (ALAAP) in Talladega County, Alabama, following a recommendation by the 1988 Commission on Base Realignment and Closure.
