EPA Submits Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Approval

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an Information Collection Request (ICR) to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA). The ICR, EPA No. 1204.08, relates to the submission of Unreasonable Effects Information Under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) Section 6(a)(2).
