SEC Adopts Electronic Filing Rules for Investment Advisers

The Securities and Exchange Commission is implementing new rules requiring investment advisers to file electronically with the Commission, starting with the Investment Adviser Registration Depository (IARD), and amending Forms ADV and ADV-W for electronic submission.
