DOT Requests Public Comment on Form 291-A for Domestic All-Cargo Carriers

The Bureau of Transportation Statistics is seeking public input on the necessity and usefulness of requiring domestic all-cargo carriers to submit Form 291-A, a statement of operations and statistics summary, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
