FAA Proposes to Rule on Application to Impose Passenger Facility Charge at General Mitchell International Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) invites public comment on its proposed rule to impose a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at General Mitchell International Airport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and to use the revenue for airport improvements, as required by the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990.
