EPA Submits Information Collection Request for NSPS Smelters for OMB Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted a request for review and approval of the Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources (NSPS) Smelters, including Secondary Brass and Bronze Production Plants, Primary Copper Smelters, Primary Zinc Smelters, Primary Lead Smelters, Primary Aluminum Reduction Plants, and Ferroalloy Production Facilities, to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act.
