Office of the Pardon Attorney to Amend Executive Clemency Regulations to Include Victim Notification

The Office of the Pardon Attorney will update its rules to require notice to crime victims when an offender files a petition for executive clemency, allowing them to provide comments and informing them of the President's final decision.
