EPA Proposes Approval of District of Columbia's Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the District of Columbia, which requires major nitrogen oxide-emitting sources to implement reasonably available control technology (RACT) to reduce NOx emissions.
