Availability of Draft Guidance Document and Request for Public Comment on Results-Based Approaches to Corrective Action Guidance

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made the initial sections of its draft guidance document on 'Results-Based Approaches to Corrective Action' available for public comment, following a 60-day period. The EPA invites feedback from states, industry, and the public to encourage greater involvement in the cleanup process under the RCRA Cleanup Reforms.
