Secretary of the Interior Adopts National Framework for Survey of Boat Access Needs

The U.S. Secretary of the Interior has adopted a national framework for assessing boat access needs, as approved by the Office of Management and Budget, to address requirements outlined in the Federal Boating Safety Act of 1978.
