Conveyance of Mineral Interests in California to Allow Land Consolidation

The US government is considering conveying mineral interests on a 2,402-acre private land in California, allowing for the consolidation of surface and subsurface mineral ownership where there are no known mineral values or where mineral development would interfere with other land uses.
