Air Tour Operators in the State of Hawaii Extension of SFAR 71 for Another 3 Years

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has extended the Special Federal Aviation Regulation (SFAR) 71 for air tour operators in Hawaii for another 3 years, allowing more time to develop a national rule that would replace the current regulation. This extension will maintain current safety requirements for air tours in Hawaii until the national rule is finalized.
