Environment Canada and U.S. EPA Publish Reports on Persistent Toxic Substance Elimination Strategy

Environment Canada and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency have published reports on the progress of the Great Lakes Binational Toxics Strategy, a four-step process aimed at eliminating persistent toxic substances in the Great Lakes region.
