Agency Information Collection Activities; Announcement of OMB Approval

The Pension and Welfare Benefits Administration (PWBA) has announced that the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has approved a collection of information under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 for the Application for EFAST Electronic Signature and Codes for EFAST Transmitters and Software Developers (Form EFAST-1). The approved collection will expire on a specified date.
