New Regulations for Interstate Household Goods Transportation and Hazardous Materials

The U.S. Department of Transportation has implemented new rules for motor carrier safety and hazardous materials transportation, as mandated by the Motor Carrier Safety Improvement Act of 1999, to improve safety standards and definitions for household goods and hazardous materials.
