HHS Publishes Notice on New Workplace Violence Prevention Team Records System

The US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is publishing a notice of a new system of records, 09-90-1200, 'Workplace Violence Prevention Team Records,' in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, and proposes routine uses for this system.
