FTC Requests OMB Extension for Informal Dispute Settlement Procedures Rule Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is requesting the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend the clearance for its Informal Dispute Settlement Procedures Rule for an additional three years, until July 31, 2026, due to the current expiration on July 31, 2023.
