South Carolina Receives Final Authorization for Hazardous Waste Management Program Revision

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has granted South Carolina's revised hazardous waste management program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), effective immediately, unless written comments opposing the authorization are received during the public comment period.
