Philadelphia Stock Exchange Receives Approval for Proposed Rule Change and Amendment to By-Laws

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange has received approval from regulators for a proposed rule change and amendment to its by-laws, which aims to update Article V, Section 5-5 and Article XXII, Section 22-1, as filed by the exchange with the relevant authorities.
