HCFA Proposes New Parking System to Comply with Privacy Act of 1974

The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA) is proposing a new system of records, PRKG, to issue parking permits to federal employees at its Baltimore, Maryland facility, in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, and to support regulatory and policy activities, constituent requests, and litigation related to the system.
