United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act and Caribbean Basin Initiative Amendments

The US government has released interim amendments to the Customs Regulations to implement trade benefits for Caribbean Basin countries under the Trade and Development Act of 2000, which includes the United States-Caribbean Basin Trade Partnership Act and the Caribbean Basin Initiative.
