3R Minerals Coal Bed Canyon Mine Draft Environmental Impact Statement Now Available for Review

The U.S. government has made available a draft environmental impact statement (DEIS) for 3R Minerals' proposed Coal Bed Canyon Mine project within the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument, in response to a 1999 notice of intent to revise mining operations.
