EPA Approves Virginia's Revised Air Quality Plan for Northern Virginia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Virginia's revised air quality implementation plan for the Northern Virginia portion of the Metropolitan Washington, DC ozone nonattainment area, bringing the region in compliance with the Clean Air Act.
