EPA Approves Virginia's 15% Plan to Reduce Ozone Emissions in Northern Virginia

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is converting its conditional interim approval of Virginia's 15% plan to reduce volatile organic compound emissions in the Northern Virginia portion of the Metropolitan Washington, D.C. ozone nonattainment area to a full approval, effective immediately, unless adverse comments are received.
