Union Pacific Railroad Co. Exempts Trackage Rights from Burlington Northern and Santa Fe Railway Co. Under 49 U.S.C. 10502

The Board has granted an exemption to the Union Pacific Railroad Co. to allow its trackage rights to expire, specifically for operations between East Portland, OR, and Chemult, OR, as of November 11, 2000.
