Notice of Intent to Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the West Coast Introduction of the MV-22 Tilt-Rotor Aircraft to Third and Fourth Marine Aircraft Wings

The US Department of the Navy plans to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) to assess the potential environmental impacts of introducing the MV-22 tilt-rotor aircraft to the Third and Fourth Marine Aircraft Wings on the West Coast, as mandated by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969.
