HUD Proposes Revised Fair Market Rents for Fiscal Year 2001

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has proposed revised Fair Market Rents (FMRs) for fiscal year 2001, reflecting the 50th percentile rent levels for 39 areas, as determined by HUD's interim rule published on October 2, 2000, and updated through April 1, 2001.
