Environmental Assessment and Permit Application for Granite Homes, Inc. Development in Riverside County, CA

The Fish and Wildlife Service is considering a permit for Granite Homes, Inc. to construct 99 homes in Riverside County, CA, which would result in the incidental take of three pairs of threatened coastal California gnatcatchers and the permanent loss of 14 acres of sage scrub habitat. The applicant proposes to conserve 24 acres of habitat in an adjacent open space.
