HUD Finalizes Officer Next Door Sales Program Rule

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has finalized a rule expanding the eligibility of law enforcement officers to purchase HUD-acquired single-family homes at a discount, with the goal of promoting safe neighborhoods.
