OTS Extends Comment Period for Mutual Savings Associations Reforms

The Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS) has extended the public comment period for its proposed rule on mutual savings associations, mutual holding company reorganizations, and conversions to stock form until November 9, 2000, originally set to expire on July 12, 2000.
