Columbia Energy Group Granted Exemptions from Labor and IRS Regulations

The Department of Labor and the Internal Revenue Service have issued exemptions to Columbia Energy Group, allowing the company to avoid certain restrictions under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 and the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, following public notices and no comments or requests for a hearing were received.
