EPA Makes Preliminary Risk Assessments for Organophosphate Pesticides Available for Public Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released preliminary risk assessments for dichlorvos (DDVP) organophosphate pesticides, allowing for a 60-day public comment period to ensure transparency and informed decision-making under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act of 1996 (FQPA).
