OFCCP Proposes Revised Regulations on Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination Obligations for Contractors and Subcontractors

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) is proposing changes to regulations implementing Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which requires government contractors to take affirmative action to hire and advance qualified individuals with disabilities.
